How To Find The Exercise Notes For A Specific Exercise
Some exercises on the platform include coaching cues or equipment requirements. These details are typically kept inside the "Exercise Notes"
When accessing the "Exercise Notes" it is critical that you have first selected "Start" in the upper right-hand corner. Without doing so you will not only not be access the "Exercise Notes" tab but you will also be unable to log your workouts.
Step 1: Select A Program (Ex: Velocity Throwing Program (Month 1- Pitcher)
Step 2: Select "Start"
Step: 3: Schedule Your Workouts (You are able to move them around later)
Step 4: If you wish to begin your workout right now, select "Do It Now". If not, select "No".
Step 5: Select the first exercise and click "Exercise Notes"
