Yes, you are able to train with more than one program at a time. In order to have multiple programs being done at the same time you must select the programs you would like to keep when setting workout days. After you select the programs you would like to keep, select "Stat Plan".

We do suggest athletes only begin one STRENGTH program at a time & one THROWING program at a time.
Important: If you are doing a throwing and strength program on the same day make sure to ALWAYS throw BEFORE you lift. Go through your entire warm up fo the day, throw, then begin the prescribed strength exercises.
